How do I earn referral bonuses?

Deposits
How do I make a deposit?
Open Deposit, choose a crypto asset, send the amount to the address shown and upload your proof of payment. We review it and credit your balance once it is approved.
How long does a deposit take to appear?
Deposits are credited after our team approves them. This is usually quick, but depends on network confirmation times and when the request is reviewed.
Getting started
How do I create an account?
Select Get Started, fill in your details and confirm your email address. You can then sign in and make your first deposit.
Is there a fee to join?
Creating an account is free. Any fees that apply to a plan, project or withdrawal are shown before you confirm.
Security
How do I turn on two-step sign-in?
Go to Security and choose an authenticator app or emailed codes. Save your recovery codes somewhere safe: they let you in if you lose your phone.
What is the security word?
A word or phrase only you know. When you set one in Security, it appears in every email we send. If an email claims to be from us but does not show your word, do not click anything in it.
I lost my phone. How can I sign in?
Use one of your recovery codes on the sign-in code screen. If you have none left, open a support ticket from the contact page and we will verify you before resetting two-step sign-in.
Withdrawals
How do I withdraw?
Open Withdraw, choose one of your saved addresses, enter the amount and confirm with your password. We then email you a confirmation link that you must open to approve the request.
Why do I have to confirm my withdrawal by email?
It protects you. Even if someone learned your password, they could not move your money without access to your email. Unconfirmed requests expire and the money returns to your balance.
Why is my new withdrawal address not ready yet?
New addresses wait a short safety period before they can be used. This stops a thief who gets into an account from adding their own address and cashing out at once.
